Encouraging People
to Look Within
Yoga Vini Welfare Society · Rishikesh, India
Yoga Vini is a certified yoga and Ayurveda school in Rishikesh, India — offering RYT 200, 300 and 500 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Courses. We are aiming to encourage more and more people to seek peace and happiness within themselves, rather than in the external world.
Since 2012, through our teacher training programs, workshops and retreats in Rishikesh and Japan, Yoga Vini has helped thousands of seekers from different parts of the world get connected to life — and find a peaceful state of mind in a healthy body.
We are a young organization with fresh ideas and the flexibility to change and grow. We collaborate with professionals from many related fields to uncover the ancient science of yoga — making our methods scientific, professional, and in line with these ancient practices.
Our insightful and unique program is based on our belief in the importance of the spine — how it connects our outer and innermost being — making asana, pranayama and meditation more connected and easier to understand.

The Yoga Vini Difference
What Makes Us
Genuinely Different
Three pillars that set Yoga Vini apart from any other school
01
The Spine Concept — A Unique Curriculum
Vini spent years developing a teaching approach centered on the spine as the axis connecting body, energy, and mind. This is not a standard Yoga Alliance syllabus — it is a living system that makes every posture, every breath, every meditation immediately make sense. Students consistently say they experienced more change in 26 days than in years of prior practice.
02
Genuine Ayurveda Integration — Not Just Theory
Yoga Vini’s Ayurveda is clinic-grade, led by two practicing BAMS physicians — Dr. Binu Paul and Dr. Priyanka Jose. You receive daily sattvic meals designed for detox, individual Ayurvedic consultations, and an understanding of how ancient healing science intersects with your yoga practice. Ayurveda here is lived, not lectured.
03
A Deep Japan Connection — Truly Bilingual
Vini himself worked in Japan before founding the school — and that cultural thread runs through everything. Yoga Vini has a dedicated Japanese website, a Japanese coordinator, and has trained hundreds of Japanese students. Japanese inquiries are warmly welcomed. The Japan-India bridge is not marketing — it is part of Yoga Vini’s soul.

The Journey from Japan to Rishikesh
“The only way to spread peace is to have peace inside you
Yogi vini ~ Yogi Vini”
Vini — Founder & Lead Teacher
Yoga Philosophy · Asana · Spine Concept · AyurvedaThe journey inside yoga started for Vini many years ago. From a young age he practiced yoga regularly as a form of physical exercise — without yet finding its deeper spiritual dimension. As a young adult, after several demanding years working with a Japanese company, his relationship with yoga shifted profoundly.
In that pressure and stillness, Vini discovered the yoga consciousness inside himself — truly feeling the relaxing, connecting power of his daily practice. This led him to rethink everything. After realizing he felt disconnected from his own soul, Vini left his job and began a spiritual journey through India — his motherland.
“Positive thoughts attract positive people. Positive people give positive energy. Positive energy makes you… happy.”
He began to meet like-minded people, share thoughts about life, and serve others — all of which gave him new energy for a completely new path. In September 2012, with help from friends, he founded the Yoga Vini Welfare Society in Rishikesh.
Vini is not a spiritual guru living in the jungle. He believes simply in serving society by spreading good thoughts — teaching people how to relax and to find space in their lives. He likes to say: “If we start walking, people will join us, making the way easier — together.”
After years of practice and learning, he developed his own spine-based teaching concept. Because of its simplicity and comprehensive nature, students are able to learn and grow in 26 days more than most do in years of practice elsewhere.
