300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training rishikesh
Advanced Hatha · Ayurveda + Panchakarma · RYT 500 Pathway
The 300-Hour YTTC at Yoga Vini is not a continuation of the 200hr — it is a different journey entirely. Deeper into the spine’s secrets. Deeper into the Ayurvedic science. Deeper into the kind of teacher you were meant to become.

This Training is
For Those Who Are Ready
Who the 300-hour TTC is designed for
You completed the Yoga Vini 200hr TTC — the only prerequisite. It matters deeply.
You’ve been teaching and want to go deeper — not more certifications. Real wisdom.
You want to truly understand Ayurveda — not just principles. How to live it.
You want the RYT 500 credential — for teaching in Japan, Europe, or wherever life takes you.
You felt the 200hr gave you tools — now you want the wisdom behind every tool.
Not for 200hr graduates from other schools — this course assumes Yoga Vini’s spine-based foundation.
A note from Vini
“This course is only for Yoga Vini graduates. Not because of exclusivity — but because this training assumes you already understand how the spine works, how energy moves, how the breath connects the outer and inner body. We go much further here. If you were here with me — I know exactly where to take you next.”

The Crown Jewel
Clinical Ayurveda &
Panchakarma
Most yoga teacher trainings teach Ayurveda from a book. At Yoga Vini’s 300hr, two BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physicians teach clinical Ayurveda from years of real practice. This is what makes our 300hr genuinely different from every other school in Rishikesh.
🧬 Panchakarma Theory
The five classical Ayurvedic purification therapies — their purpose, application, and integration with yoga practice.
🤲 Marma Points
Energy point therapy connecting Ayurvedic anatomy with the yoga body — how to work with marma in teaching.
👤 Personal Consultation
Every student receives a private Ayurvedic consultation with a BAMS physician — understand your constitution deeply.
🌱 Ayurvedic Lifestyle
Daily rhythms, seasonal practices, dinacharya — how to live and teach Ayurveda, not just talk about it.
🌾
Organic Ayurvedic Meals throughout the course — two full sattvic meals daily plus two nourishing snacks. Fresh homemade juices, buttermilk, coconut water. Every meal is prepared with the same Ayurvedic principles you’re studying in class.

Who Live What They Teach
The Yoga Vini Instructor Team

Vini (Founder)
Lead Teacher · Yoga Philosophy · Asana
Vini’s yoga journey shifted profoundly after years working in Japan — he left his corporate life to travel India, discover yogic consciousness, and found Yoga Vini Welfare Society in September 2012. His spine-based teaching concept helps students progress in 26 days more than many do in years. Warm, deeply knowledgeable, and always available to students.

Tina
Yoga Instructor · Student Coordinator
Tina discovered Yoga Vini as a student — after 10 years in the fitness industry teaching pilates worldwide (Slovenia, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Japan), she completed two Yoga Vini trainings and never left. Her passion for sharing the spine-based approach and her experience across cultures makes her an exceptional teacher and support for all students.

Mittra Rawat
Hatha Yoga · Classical Asana
With 12+ years of practice from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Institute (S-Vyasa) and the Sivananda tradition, Mittra teaches classical asana with a balance of strength and gentleness. His awareness-based approach, charisma, and humor have made his classes legendary among students worldwide.
Ayurveda Physicians — Dr. Binu Paul & Dr. Priyanka Jose (BAMS)
Both trained BAMS Ayurveda physicians contribute to the program’s Ayurveda curriculum. Dr. Binu Paul specializes in Panchakarma and lifestyle disease management. Dr. Priyanka Jose holds an MSc in Yoga and Panchakarma and researches Parkinson’s management. Their expertise makes Yoga Vini’s Ayurveda sessions genuinely clinical and transformative.

★★★★★
“Before coming to Yoga Vini I saw myself as an experienced practitioner with 7 years of daily practice. I was so wrong. I never heard a yoga teacher talk about the importance of pelvis tilt. Painful realization — but absolutely worth it. It will change how you see yoga entirely.”
TripAdvisor · February 2020
★★★★★
“My time at Yoga Vini changed my life and the way I work with my body. The course builds you up from the very basics and teaches you the foundations of yoga, starting from the pelvis and spine. I can honestly say this changed my life.”

★★★★★
“What I learned has changed my daily habits right down to how I walk. Whether completely new or an experienced yogi — this is absolutely worth your time. The spine-based approach is something I carry into every single class I now teach.”

Questions About the
300-Hour Program
Everything You Need to Know Before Applying
I completed my 200hr at a different school — can I join the 300hr?
+No — the 300-hour TTC at Yoga Vini is exclusively for graduates of the Yoga Vini 200-hour program. This is not a restriction for its own sake: our 300hr curriculum builds directly on the spine-based concepts and specific body awareness developed during our 200hr. Without that shared foundation, the advanced material will not land the same way. If you completed your 200hr elsewhere, we warmly invite you to join our 200hr first.
I completed the Yoga Vini 200hr several years ago. Can I still apply?
+Yes, absolutely. There is no time limit on your Yoga Vini 200hr graduation. Many students return after 2–5 years of teaching, and find that the 300hr deepens everything they’ve already been practicing and teaching. In your application, please mention your graduation year so Vini can prepare accordingly.
How is the 300hr different from doing another 200hr at a different school?
+This is an excellent question. The 300hr is not a broader training — it is a deeper one. Rather than collecting more variety (more styles, more techniques), the 300hr at Yoga Vini goes significantly deeper into the same spine-based framework, expanding into advanced asana, clinical Ayurveda and Panchakarma with BAMS physicians, full philosophical texts, and the subtle body anatomy that connects everything. You will not be repeating topics — you will be entering a different level of understanding entirely.
Will I earn RYT 500 automatically after completing this?
+Upon completing the Yoga Vini 300hr, you receive a Yoga Alliance RYT 300 certificate from our Registered Yoga School (RYS 300). Combined with your existing RYT 200 from Yoga Vini, you then register both with Yoga Alliance to receive the full RYT 500 designation. The registration process with Yoga Alliance is your responsibility, but it is straightforward. We guide all graduates through the process.
Is the Ayurveda content suitable if I know very little about Ayurveda?
+Yes. The Ayurveda curriculum in the 300hr is designed to be fully comprehensible even if your exposure to Ayurveda has been limited to the basics in the 200hr. Our BAMS physicians teach from first principles, building up systematically. You will receive a personal Ayurvedic consultation, which itself becomes a profound learning experience — understanding your own constitution is the best way to understand Ayurveda.
How physically intensive is the 300hr compared to the 200hr?
+The 300hr is more demanding than the 200hr, but the intensity is primarily mental and philosophical rather than purely physical. Advanced asana is a significant component, but Vini’s approach always prioritizes understanding over performance — you will not be pushed beyond your honest physical limits. The greater intensity is in the depth of study and the internal inquiry the course requires. Most graduates describe it as more transformative than the 200hr, rather than simply harder.
What does the food program look like during the 300hr?
+All meals throughout the 300hr are organic Ayurvedic sattvic meals — two full meals and two nourishing snacks daily. Fresh homemade juices, buttermilk, coconut water, and wholesome food prepared with care. The food program is entirely aligned with what you are studying in the Ayurveda curriculum — so you are living what you are learning.
What support is available after the course ends?
+All 300hr graduates receive 1-year access to the Yoga Vini video library — full session recordings for continued practice and reference. Vini and the Yoga Vini team remain accessible via WhatsApp and email for questions that arise in your teaching. Many 300hr graduates also return for retreats, drop-in sessions, and continued collaboration with Yoga Vini on their teaching journey.
